Studi literature dilakukan dengan membandingkan artikel-artikel ilmiah terkait yang berhubungan dengan bahasan penelitian, dimulai dengan tinjauan terhadap artikel-artikel yang mengungkapkan pendapat para ahli, perkembangan, masalah dan solusi yang ditawarkan. Makalah ini membahas studi literature mengenai sistem pendukung keputusan cerdas pada industri konstruksi dengan melihat pola rantai pasok yang ada sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko dalam pelaksanaan proyek-proyek konstruksi dalam hal ini industri konstruksi berkelanjutan.
Untuk itu perlu diketahui dan dianalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang akan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi sehingga dapat menghindarkan resiko terjadinya kegagalan. Risiko tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. The results explained that the construction of toll roads in West Sumatra has social and environmental impacts. This research was carried out using the multi-method approach with qualitative and quantitative data analyzed by CATWOE analysis. Therefore, this research aims to explain the mitigation of socio-ecological risks in developing toll road infrastructure in West Sumatra. One of the villages experienced significant flooding due to large water discharge after clearing the land. The affected communities in this province lost their homes, agricultural land and livelihoods to lifestyle changes. One of such developments carried out by the Indonesian government is the trans-Sumatra toll road, which created social and environmental problems, particularly on the Sicincin-Padang toll road in West Sumatra. Although infrastructure development aims to improve the welfare of the whole society, it poses adverse environmental effects in practice.
